Thank you for choosing us. We sincerely apologize if the perfume you received did not meet your expectations. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and this form is designed to ensure a smooth and efficient exchange or return process. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

●    We accept returns or exchanges for perfumes if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.

●    All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your order.

●    Please allow 5–6 working days for us to review and process your request once the item has been received.

●    The perfume must have at least 90% of the original product remaining in the bottle.

●    This policy applies only to the following sizes:
5ML or 10ML Roll-Ons, and 50ML Perfume Bottles.

●    This return policy is applicable for online purchases only.

●    The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition.

●    If the box is missing or the packaging is damaged beyond the condition it was delivered in, a minimal fee may apply.

●    If the perfume has been used up to 10%, a small usage fee may be charged.

●    If more than 10% of the perfume has been used, the item will unfortunately not be eligible for return or exchange.
